About this site

Signal Stack is a personal publication built by Gustavo Giudice, Pedro Lobo, and Eduardo Ferraz.

We created it as a space to write about the work we know, the questions that stay with us, and the experiences that shape how we think. Business, careers, strategy, sales, growth, modern work, advertising, tech — and all the gray areas in between.

This is a site that takes ideas seriously, but doesn't take itself too seriously. Thoughtful, but personal. Professional, but not corporate.

We're not here to sound bigger than we are. We're here to write clearly, honestly, and from real experience.

Each of us comes from a different path, with different instincts, interests, and ways of seeing the world. That's part of the point. Signal Stack isn't meant to feel polished into one voice. It's meant to feel human.

A place where people who actually do the work can reflect on it with depth, taste, and sincerity.

We hope someone working in a specific field reads a piece here and feels recognized. That they see something familiar in it. That they find language for something they'd already lived but never fully named. And, ideally, that they leave with something useful.

There's no grand pretension behind this site. No performance of authority. Just three people writing about what they know, what they're learning, and what they think is worth sharing.

If any of that resonates with you, welcome.
